Wendy Mills – Chief Experience Officer
Wendy Mills was previously the CEO of Retail Direct. Before being named CEO in April 2021, Wendy was the Executive Vice President and responsible for national operations and customer care support centers. Wendy has played a key role in the growth of Retail Direct since 2019 with a focus on customer relationships, operations, and the company operating platform design.
Prior to joining Retail Direct, Wendy served as SVP, Client Solutions and Customer Care at XPO Logistics for 14 years and was responsible for building and maintaining significant growth within her primary national clients.
Previous to her work at XPO Logistics, Wendy held positions at Sears Logistic Service in various positions over 15 years, as well as other regional retailers in the North and Southeast markets. Wendy’s experience on both the provider and retailer side of the business is unique in the space and has helped her build long-lasting and strategic relationships with some of the biggest retailers in the country.
